Turning Ideas into Reality: My Own Personal Growth Roadmap for 2024

As we step into 2024, I want to look at my own roadmap to keep growing and learning. 2024 shall be a journey that is about achieving personal goals and transforming how we perceive and lead organisations.

Will everything work out? Likely not. But therein lies the excitement—embracing a Test, Fail, Learn, & Grow methodology. #NeverStopLearning #NeverStopGrowing

🎯 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

I want to launch my first free online video course, 'How to Transition from Product Manager to Product Leader'. This course is designed to support emerging leaders in product management, giving them insight and tools to increase their impact.

📚 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

I want to release my first book ‘Organisation as a Product’ an important milestone on my journey and a long time in the making. This book summarises my vision of leading an organisation as if it were its main product. It is a manifesto for a new era of leadership in which the dynamics of an organisation are as carefully designed and nurtured as a market-leading product.

🌍 𝗕𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

My goal is to increase the reach of my addressable audience, including newsletters and social platforms, by 500%. This is not just about numbers but about building a community of like-minded professionals passionate about redefining product leadership's boundaries.

🎓 𝗕𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

I want to launch the MVP of a full online learning programme ‘unleashProduct’ covering fundamental knowledge and insights in the field of product management and leadership.

This year is about more than personal and professional growth. It is about spreading the idea of the "organisation as a product", a concept that can reshape how we approach business and leadership. By treating an organisation with the same care, innovation and strategic planning as a flagship product, we can create an environment where the business and its people thrive.

Join me on this exciting journey as we redefine what it means to be a product leader in a rapidly evolving world.
